Sarah Shuttleworth is a registered Industrial Psychologist and OD consultant with over 15 years of experience working across industries in South Africa. She founded Culture Curators to bring rigorous, evidence-based practice to the messy, human work of building great organisations.
Her approach is direct, warm, and grounded in real data — not HR jargon. Whether she's coaching a C-suite leader or redesigning a performance system, she brings the same intellectual rigour and genuine care.
